Support

A little help, whenever you need it.

Find an answer below, or write to us. Include your device, system version and the error message. You do not need to send private files or passwords.

How do I get started?

Choose Open archive to browse, search or preview its contents, then extract all or select individual files and folders. Choose Compress files to create an archive. Save or share completed results using the system interfaces.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad require iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. Mac requires macOS 12 or later and supports Apple Silicon and Intel. DMG creation requires macOS 13 or later.

What is free, and how does the trial work?

Browsing, searching and previewing are always free. Compression and extraction require an active trial, subscription or lifetime unlock. Claim the free seven-day trial once; it does not automatically charge you. Restoring purchases does not restart the trial.

How do I restore or manage a purchase?

Sign in to the same Apple Account in the App Store, then choose Restore purchases in LushLeaf. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple's subscription settings. Cancellation leaves access available until the paid period ends. Buying lifetime access does not cancel an existing subscription.

Plans
Why are Finder actions unavailable?

On Mac, open LushLeaf settings, enable the Finder extension in system settings and grant the output directory access when asked. Permissions can be reviewed or removed in Access permissions. Quick Look lists archive metadata; preview file contents in the main app.

Can I create RAR or open every DMG?

RAR can be read but cannot be created. DMG creation is available on macOS 13 or later; browsing arbitrary DMG filesystems is not guaranteed. An archive's compression method, encryption and layout can affect compatibility.

What if a password or archive volume is missing?

Use the correct archive password; LushLeaf cannot recover a forgotten password. For split archives, select the requested additional volumes when prompted. The app does not read adjacent files without permission.

Where are results saved?

On iPhone and iPad, manage completed files in the system Files app. On Mac, use Show in Finder or your chosen output directory. Clearing history removes task records, not completed files. Files exported elsewhere remain until you delete them there.

How do I contact the developer on Mac?

In Mac 1.1, choose Contact Developer at the bottom of the sidebar to create an email or copy the contact address. Back to Files preserves your browsing state while background tasks continue. The email draft includes the app version and macOS version so support can triage faster. You review and send the email draft. LushLeaf does not automatically attach files, paths, passwords, or task history.
